Default cheapest us - canada flights?

Any one have any recommendations for cheap flights from new york to
anywhere in Canada , heck even newfoundland ?

canjet flies to la guardia to montreal. www.canjet.ca
jetsgo flies from new york to Toronto www.jetsgo.ca

westjet will start flying to the USA shortly. Can't remember their routes.

The cheapest I can find is $161 from LGA to Toronto on American.

On the other hand, there's a daily train from Penn Station to
Montreal, with a round trip fare of $115. It has pleasant views of
the Hudson valley and Lake Champlain.

Flying to Newfoundland from the US isn't cheap. Why would you think it is?

Flying to Newfoundland from the US isn't cheap. Why would you think it

is?

Its pretty expensive from Canada. (Very few flights) It would probably be
cheaper in the long run to get to Nova Scotia via ferry from eastern
seaboard and then bus and ferry to Nfld.
