I've travelled frequently by air for around xx years and several times (maybe 5 or 6) I have seen situations that get very close to violence, it is either a good FA who calms the situation down, or more normally a bad FA who provokes it in the first place and the passenger has enough common sense left to stand down, despite being right. |
