Apple Vacations BAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Our return flight was scheduled to be at 2:55 PM. We left at 1:35 AM
the next day. The snowstorm had cleared Chicago the day before, but
they didn't have a flight crew ready in time. The stay at the Sandals
Halcyon was great. The Apple rep at the hotel misinformed us of the
flight time. We were told 11:00 and were sent to the airport 3 1/2
hours before the 11:00 time. We ended up spending 5 1/2 hours in the
Hewanorra airport on a Sunday night.

I will go back to the Halcyon in the future, but not with Apple
Vacations or Ryan International Airlines.

This sure sounds like an airline issue, not Apple Vacations! The rep probably
told you 11:00 because at the time that was the projected time. Airlines
do this all the time with delayed flights.

Who didn't have the flight crew ready in time, probably that had nothing to
do with Apple Vacations.
