2005 at 10:00am. Occupancy Maximum: 6.

Description: 2 bedroom Deluxe Air-Conditioned/heated timeshare unit in
the North Tower.

Features: telephone, stereo, television, VCR / VCP, washer/dryer,
microwave, living area (includes a sofa and entertainment center and
additional seating depending upon unit size), dining area (varies from a
small dining area for two-four people or a dining room for up to eight
people, depending upon unit size) and a full kitchen (stove/oven, sink,
refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and storage facilities).

Resort On-Site Facilities include: beach, lazy (endless) river, pool,
hot tub (indoor & outdoor), exercise facility and video game arcade.

Amenities nearby include: golf, restaurants, shopping, tennis (4mi),
grocery store (1 mi), live entertainment (3 mi) & medical facilities (4
mi). No pets are allowed. Enjoy the resort's oceanfront restaurant,
indoor pool and hot tub. All this plus 60 miles of Grand Strand Beach to
enjoy. Fairfield SeaWatch Plantation Towers is a great vacation spot in
one of the most popular seaside vacation destinations along the entire

Payment Terms: Money Order or PayPal. The cost for the week will be
$1200 or Best Offer

Logistics: Upon receipt of your money order, we will call Fairfield and
have the Exchange Confirmation mailed to your home. Upon arrival at the
resort for check-in, a Visa or MasterCard authorization in the amount of
$100 will be required. If a credit card authorization is not obtained,
Fairfield will require a $100 cash deposit that will be returned within
30 days of check-out. Guests must be 21 years of age to check-in.
