Royal Celebrity Tours Elects New Board Member

MIAMI, April 28
Royal Celebrity Tours Inc. has elected a new member to its board of
directors, Timothy Cerny, a tourism and hotel veteran from Fairbanks,
Alaska.

Cerny joins board members Craig Milan, president of Royal Celebrity
Tours; Adam Goldstein, president of Royal Caribbean International;
Lisa Bauer, senior vice president of North American Sales for Royal
Caribbean International; Tom Tougas, an owner and operator of numerous
Alaskan travel and tourism businesses, from Seward; and John Litten,
owner of Sitka tours, from Sitka.

"We are grateful that Tim Cerny has accepted a position on our board,"
said Milan. "His extensive knowledge of the Alaskan tourism industry,
and long-time civic involvement will serve both our company and the
communities in which we operate very well."

Cerny is a real estate developer and property manager. As president of
Fountainhead Development he has worked in Alaskan tourism for 20 years
and currently owns three hotel properties with a total of 704 rooms.

Promoting Alaska as a travel destination has been a focus of Cerny's
professional career. Cerny currently serves on the Fairbanks Memorial
Hospital board and the Visitors Benefit Alaska board. He has held
positions on the boards of the Alaska Visitors Association, the
Fairbanks Resource Agency, and the Fairbanks Homebuilder's
Association.

A graduate of Georgetown University with a degree in Economics, Cerny
enjoys traveling and boating with his wife, Barb, and their four
children.
