I travel to Kenya every now and then from London, where you can catch
direct flights using British Airways or Kenya Airways.

KLM flies direct to Nairobi from Amsterdam.

Ethiopian Airlines from Rome to Addis Ababa to Nairobi.

Hi Jones,

There are several options depending on where you actually want the
other stop to be:
- As already mentioned, you can go on Ethiopian with a stop in Addis.
- Egypt Air will connect through Cairo, so you can have a layover
there.
These are the only options of stoping in Africa en route in Kenya, but
you could also consider
- Emirates with a visit to Dubai en route to Kenya

Another consideration might be to use KLM or BA. You can fly into
Nairobi and out of Kilimanjaro, Tanzania (with KLM) or Dar es Salaam,
Tanzania with either. Travel between the two counties by road or local
flight. The price is a bit more for the split ticket, but does get you
to both locations.

Finally, there are a number of flights out of Nairobi to other African
destinations such as Rwanda, Uganda, Tanzania and South Africa. Some
airlines will combine these into your flight, or you can make the
bookings direct.
