The press release quoted by Ray reads in part:
Viking River Cruises offers a two-tiered Early Booking Discount (EBD)
opportunity: passengers who book their 2006 cruise by September 1, 2005,
save $350 per person ($700 savings per cabin maximum); passengers who
book prior to December 1, 2005, save $250 per person ($500 per cabin).
To book an itinerary, passengers must request offer "EBD" and need to
pay in full by the corresponding deadline to get their maximum savings.

But on their website, it reads that the $700 rebate is for any cruise
paid for in full by September 30.
