Default Banff land tour

Hoping someone could help. I received a cruise brouchure discribing an
Alaska 7 day cruise with a land tour through Calgary. I can't remember
which cruise line it was. Anyone know?? Sue

Kinda sounds like Princess.....I recall seeing that in their brochure.
Banff is a beautiful place.....especially if you can get into the Banff
Springs Hotel. I'd go back in a heartbeat!

This has to be more than a 7 day holiday then. Banff is approx 600 miles
from Vancouver.
Sounds like it would be an interesting trip. It's quite a nice trip if they
take the scenic routes.

Yes, the cruise, I believe, is 7 days and then they add on the land
package before or after. I'm having trouble with the Princess website,
so that's why I'm asking the group..Sue

*Most* of the hotels in Banff, except for one or two have NO air
conditioning! The last few years their summers have been very warm.
As far as Calgary is concerned, there is nothing there, really. A
major disappointment. The Rockies, Lake Louise, and Banff is nice.
Banff reminds me of Whistler BC but the mountains are much more
bolder.
